Privacy Policy – Punch Maths VR

Last Updated: October 2026

Welcome to Punch Maths VR, a virtual reality maths game for Meta Quest headsets ("App"), made by Panzer Labs ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how you can have it deleted. It applies only to the Meta Quest version of Punch Maths. Our phone app has its own policy: Punch Maths for iPhone and Android.

In short:

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Punch Maths VR does not require account creation, sign-in, or registration of any kind, and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, or any other personal information to play.

1.2 Information Stored On Your Headset

So that your progress carries over between sessions, the App saves the following in its local storage on your headset:

This information is stored on your device only. It is never sent to us or to any third party.

1.3 Headset and Controller Motion

To draw the game around you and to detect your punches, the App reads the position and movement of your headset and controllers while you play. This is processed on your headset in real time. We do not record, store, or transmit it.

1.4 Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect or access:

1.5 Technical Logs From Our Hosting Provider

The App's game files are delivered over the internet from web hosting provided by Google (Firebase Hosting), so an internet connection is needed to start the App. When your headset downloads or updates these files, the hosting provider may process standard technical information such as your IP address, the time of the request, the file requested, and your device and browser type. This is needed to deliver the files and keep the service secure. We do not use it to identify players, to build profiles, or for marketing. See Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

1.6 Meta

Punch Maths VR runs on Meta Quest. Meta may collect information about your device and your use of apps in accordance with Meta's own privacy policy, which is separate from this one: https://www.meta.com/legal/privacy-policy/. The App does not use Meta account or platform data, and we do not receive personal information about you from Meta.

2. How We Use Information

The information in Section 1.2 is used only inside the App on your headset, to:

Headset and controller motion (Section 1.3) is used only to run the game. Hosting logs (Section 1.5) are used only to deliver and secure the service. We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, or sale.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

Because we do not receive your progress, settings, or play data, there is nothing of that kind for us to share. We do not sell, rent, or trade information about you. The only party that handles any technical information is the hosting provider described in Section 1.5, acting as our service provider. We may also disclose information if required by law or by valid requests from public authorities.

4. Storage, Retention, and Security

Your progress, statistics, and settings stay on your headset until you erase them or uninstall the App. We do not keep a copy. Hosting logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own retention practices. We take reasonable steps to protect the App, and it is delivered over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

5. Deleting Your Data

You can delete the data the App has stored, at any time, and it is free of charge:

  1. In the App: open Settings and select Erase All Progress. Press it a second time to confirm. This removes your progress, statistics, and settings from the App.
  2. Uninstall: uninstalling Punch Maths VR from your Meta Quest removes its locally stored data from your headset.
  3. Ask us: email info@panzerlabs.in if you would like help, or want us to confirm that we hold no personal data about you. We aim to reply within 30 days.

We never receive the data stored on your headset, so we have no copy to delete on our servers. The only information outside your device is the technical hosting logs in Section 1.5, which are held by our hosting provider; we cannot individually look up or remove those for you, and we will tell you if a request cannot be fulfilled and why. Information held by Meta is handled under Meta's privacy policy and controls.

6. Children's Privacy

Punch Maths VR is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, and in particular not from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

7. International Data Transfers

We do not transfer personal information about you. Technical hosting logs (Section 1.5) may be processed by our hosting provider on servers in other countries, under its own safeguards.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Please review it periodically.
