Welcome to Punch Maths. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Punch Maths mobile application ("App"), developed by Panzer Labs ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Punch Maths is a casual arcade game in which you solve math problems by punching the correct answer to advance through Career fights, timed Equation Run challenges, and Endless survival rounds. The service includes, but is not limited to, playing game modes, tracking in-app progress, and adjusting App settings.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.1 Our Content: The App, including its name, text, graphics, artwork, levels, sound, and the arrangement and design of its gameplay, is the property of Panzer Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, and in accordance with these Terms.
3.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
You agree not to:
5.1 "As Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
5.2 No Professional Advice: The App is provided for entertainment purposes. It is not a substitute for formal math education or professional instruction.
5.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panzer Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App.
The App integrates with Google Firebase for analytics. Your use of the App is subject to Firebase's (Google's) own terms and privacy practices in addition to these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Panzer Labs is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
