Punch Maths does not require account creation, sign-in, or registration of any kind, and does not ask you to provide any personal information to play.

1.2 Information Stored On Your Device

The App stores certain information locally on your device using local device storage (Capacitor Preferences), so your progress carries over between sessions:

• Your progress: levels cleared, stars earned, and personal bests.
• Your settings: sound, haptics, and motion-effect preferences.

This information stays on your device only. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and is deleted when you choose "Erase all progress" in Settings or when you uninstall the App.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to automatically collect anonymous, aggregate usage information, including:

• Device and app information: device model, operating system version, general language/region, and app-install identifiers.
• Gameplay events: information such as which game mode you play, when a run starts, level or fight completions, and game-over results, used to understand how the App is used and to improve it.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, or any other information that directly identifies you.

1.4 Third-Party Services

The App uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect the anonymous usage statistics described above. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more information about how Firebase handles data: https://policies.google.com/privacy

The App does not use any advertising SDKs and does not display ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
• Understand how players use the App (which modes, levels, and features are popular) so we can improve difficulty, content, and performance
• Diagnose technical issues and improve App stability
• Ensure the security and integrity of the App
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

Your progress and settings are stored locally on your device using Capacitor Preferences. This data is private to your device and is not synchronized with our servers or any other device.

3.2 Analytics Data

Analytics data described in Section 1.3 is collected and processed by Google Firebase on our behalf. It is aggregated and is not tied to your name, email, or any other information that directly identifies you.

3.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google) to provide analytics services. This service provider has access to the necessary information to perform its functions but is prohibited from using it for other purposes.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have direct control over the information the App holds:

• Deletion: You can erase your locally stored progress and settings at any time from Settings → "Erase all progress," or by uninstalling the App.
• Analytics: Because analytics data collected by the App is anonymous and not linked to an identity we hold, there is no personal analytics profile to access or export. You can limit ad and analytics identifiers at the operating system level through your device's privacy settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Punch Maths is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App does not collect names, email addresses, or other direct identifiers, and the analytics data it does collect is anonymous and aggregated, this applies regardless of a player's age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

The App's Privacy screen links to this page hosted online. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any other third-party websites or services you may visit from your device. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.
