Welcome to Prompty. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prompty mobile application ("App"), developed by Panzer Labs ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Prompty is a platform that provides a curated collection of AI prompts designed to assist users in generating content through various artificial intelligence models. The service includes, but is not limited to, browsing, searching, and saving prompts for personal or professional use.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.1 Our Content: The App, including its text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the curation and arrangement of prompts, is the property of Panzer Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for your personal or internal business purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
3.3 Prompt Usage: While the prompts provided are intended for your use in AI tools, you may not scrape, mass-download, or redistribute the curated collections found in Prompty for the purpose of creating a competing service.

5.1 "As Is" Basis: The App and all prompts are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the prompts will produce specific results or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5.2 AI Output: We do not own or control the AI models you use with our prompts. We are not responsible for the content generated by third-party AI services, nor any biases, inaccuracies, or objectionable material such models may produce.
5.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panzer Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with services like Google Firebase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Panzer Labs is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
