Welcome to Prompty. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prompty mobile application ("App"), developed by Panzer Labs ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Prompty is a platform that provides a curated collection of AI prompts designed to assist users in generating content through various artificial intelligence models. The service includes, but is not limited to, browsing, searching, and saving prompts for personal or professional use.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.1 Our Content: The App, including its text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the curation and arrangement of prompts, is the property of Panzer Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for your personal or internal business purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
3.3 Prompt Usage: While the prompts provided are intended for your use in AI tools, you may not scrape, mass-download, or redistribute the curated collections found in Prompty for the purpose of creating a competing service.
4.1 Consumable Credits: The App offers "Prompty Credits" for purchase, which are consumable digital goods used within the App. All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or under the refund policy of the Apple App Store or Google Play.
4.2 Account Binding: Credits are tied to your specific user account. If you delete your account, or if your account is terminated for violating these Terms, any remaining Credits will be forfeited without compensation.
4.3 No Monetary Value: Prompty Credits are virtual currency for use exclusively within the App. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for fiat currency.
4.4 Payment Processing: All transactions are processed through secure third-party platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not collect or store your credit card information.
4.5 Modification of Costs: We reserve the right to change the number of Prompty Credits required to access specific features, services, or AI generation tasks at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
You agree not to:
6.1 "As Is" Basis: The App and all prompts are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the prompts will produce specific results or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6.2 AI Output: We do not own or control the AI models you use with our prompts. We are not responsible for the content generated by third-party AI services, nor any biases, inaccuracies, or objectionable material such models may produce.
6.3 Sample and Reference Images: Prompts, templates, and listings within the App may display sample or reference images to illustrate a style, concept, or possible result. These sample images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual output generated by the AI models may vary and is not guaranteed to match the style, composition, quality, or likeness of any sample or reference image shown. AI generation is inherently variable, and results will differ based on your prompt, uploaded photos, and the underlying AI model's behavior at the time of generation.
6.4 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panzer Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with services like Google Firebase (authentication, push notifications and crash reporting), RevenueCat and PostHog (analytics). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
To provide our AI image generation features, our application allows users to upload photos. When you upload a photo, it is securely transmitted to our servers and to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenRouter) solely for the purpose of generating the requested image variations. We do not use your uploaded photos to train any AI models. Uploaded reference photos are processed securely and are promptly deleted from our servers after the generation is complete. Furthermore, our third-party API providers process this data strictly to fulfill the generation request and do not use API data to train their models.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Panzer Labs is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
